DMCA / Copyright

Soccer Bros recognizes the rights of all content owners and creators. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), we handle every properly submitted copyright notice in a timely and responsible manner.

1. Submitting a Copyright Notice

A compliant takedown request must contain all of the following elements:

  1. A written or digital signature from the authorized representative.
  2. A clear description of the original protected work you believe has been reproduced without permission, including its title or source location.
  3. The exact URL on Soccer Bros where the allegedly infringing content is hosted.
  4. Your full name, a reachable email address, and any additional contact details you choose to provide.
  5. A declaration, made in good faith, stating that the use of the identified content is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or applicable law.
  6. A sworn confirmation that all details in your notice are accurate and that you hold legal authority to file this request.

2. Our Response Process

Once a properly formatted notice is received, we will review the claim and take appropriate action — which may include disabling or removing the identified content. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation or contact relevant parties during our review.

3. Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe content was taken down by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice under § 512(g). It must contain your signature, the original content URL, a statement consenting to federal court jurisdiction, and a good-faith declaration. Following receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content within 10–14 business days, provided no legal action has been filed in the interim.

4. Repeated Violations

Any individual user or external source that consistently provides or hosts infringing material may be permanently blocked from accessing or contributing to Soccer Bros.
